Hi, I’m Alison. I am a very proud Mum to three amazing boys, Stepmum to two beautiful girls, and Nanny to eight grandchildren across a fabulous blended family, which I share with the love of my life, Ian, and our crazy pooch, Dexter the Dachshund.
After twelve years as a teacher and many years before that in education and caring roles, I am excited to begin a new chapter as an Independent Celebrant.
I have dedicated my life to caring for people, nurturing relationships, and investing in their lives.
I love talking to people about how they met and developed their relationships, and I cherish stories of loved ones who have sadly passed away, so I consider it an honour to help celebrate life’s significant milestones.
I also know the joy of starting a family, or welcoming a new member of the family to the world. Every life is a gift worth celebrating, and an exciting time to be shared with family and friends.
I have had the privilege of training with The Academy of Professional Celebrants, and I look forward to using my wide-ranging experience in planning, presentation, and delivery to provide an imaginative, carefully crafted service that is as unique as you wish it to be.
